He is survived by: his sons, Daniel, Levi and Dennis Collis; and his siblings, Paul A. Collis (Mary Jo) of Queen City, Helen Oliver of Queen City, Viola Beal of Queen City, Ellie Ann Guilford (Ralph) of Brookfield, John Collis (Marge) of Brookfield, Anna Groseclose (Stephen) of Lancaster and Michael Collis of Brookfield, Missouri. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and other family members.
