She was predeceased by: her parents, Junior E. Snowbarger and Ruth Snowbarger (Bergman); her brothers, Kenneth, Warren and Max Snowbarger; and her daughter-in-law Barbara Wheeler.
She is survived by: her husband Don Wheeler; her children, Franklin Wheeler, Charles Wheeler (Tammy) and Nancy Wood (Terry); and her grandchildren, Wesley Wheeler (Rachael), Bradley Wheeler (Camrion), Christy Scadden (Sheldon), Kim Wood, Rachel Fowler, David Wohler, Jordon Wheeler (Shea) and Nathanial Wheeler (Kendall Ingersoll). She is also survived by nine great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials to the Queen City Cemetery.
