She is survived by: her parents, Zachary Jacobsen and Ashley Jacobsen (Politte); her siblings, Blakely, Chesney Jacobsen and Evan Jacobsen; and her grandmother Debbie Jacobsen. She is also survived by other relatives and family friends.
