She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Moyers (Yount) and Kenneth William Moyers. She is survived by: her sons, Wade Phares (Valerie) of Park Hills and Eric Phares (Kristina) of Farmington; her sister Vickie Worthen (Tom) of Potosi; her grandchildren, Jazmin Jurkevicius (Juan), Tyler Phares (Brooke) and Karrington Mecey; her nephew Robert Worthen (Melissa); her sister-in-law Chrissy; and her nieces and nephews, Richard and Kyle. She is also survived by several great nieces, great nephews and many dear friends.
