He was predeceased by: his father William Arthur "Art" Campbell; his siblings, Patricia Ann Campbell and Larry Alan Campbell; and his sister-in-law Diane Rene Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Gladys Ilene Campbell (Heifner); his children, Jamie Essary (Jason) and Jared Campbell (Leslie); his grandchildren, Mason Campbell, Jada Essary, Logan Campbell, Kayla Campbell and Joelah Essary; and his siblings, Patrick Campbell, Donna Harmon (Russell) and Susan Northcut (Michael). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
