He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Galvan Pepper and Bobby Dan Pepper. He is survived by: his children, Robert Lee Harper (Nikki) of Jackson, MO, Matthew Vincent of New and Alison Spain (Kenneth) of Fort Eustis, VA; his siblings, Mark Pepper (Donnett) of Gideon, MO, Kimberly Simmons (Ronnie) of Portageville, MO and Valarie (Timmy); and his grandchildren, Brooklyne Vincent, Holly Harper and Hannah Spain. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
