He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ann Ruby (Saallwaechter); his daughters, Sheila Reddick of Orlando Florida, Paula Stobaugh of Matthews, MO and Lisa Ruby of Marston, MO; his sisters, Margie Adcock, Carolyn Foster, Faye Holly, Sharon Thompson and Linda White; his grandchildren, Katie, Allison, Brady, Anna and Jeremy; and his great grandchildren, Braiden Ruby, Brantley Wayne Ruby, Violet Kay, Taylynn and Jazlyn. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
