He is survived by: his parents, Bobby Fugate (Sharon Kreidler) of Lost Creek, KY and Shelia Skinner (Mathis) of Portageville, MO; his sisters, Michelle Mouhalis (Tim) of Kennett, MO and Ginger Douglas of Portageville, MO; and his nieces and nephews, Maggie Shepard (Tyler), Joel Timothy Mouhalis, Ethan Fugate Trevor Douglas (Mallary Hoggard) and Zackary Douglas. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
