He is survived by: his wife Karen Smith; his children, Joshua Smith (Michelle) of St. Peters, MO, Jennefer Fortner (Joe) of Marston, MO and Jessica Smith of Marston, MO; and his sisters, Cherie Allinger of Hayward, MO, Sue Slusser of Hayward, MO, Judy Helms of Hayward, MO and Maria Smith of St. Ann, MO. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
