He was predeceased by: his parents, Lena Irene Ward and Samuel Allan Phillips; and his siblings, Colleen, Norma, Opal, Allan, James and Rebel Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Kathern; his son Jackie; his daughter-in-law Joyce Phillips of Portageville, MO; his sister Hope Rowden of Florida; his granddaughters, Brandy Hartman and Kelly Adams; his great grandchildren, Sydney, Luke, Layla Adams, Hunter and Mazie Grace Hartman; and his great great grandchildren, Ava, Lucas and Colby Hartman. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
