He was predeceased by: his siblings, Phyllis Davidson, Peggy Nagy and Billy Ham. He is survived by: his former wife Maggie Elizabeth English; his children, Susan, Samuel and Jeffrey; his wife Gertrude Lanore Mitchell; his children, Linda Carter (Susan Ham) of Doniphan, MO and Ted Ham of Linden, TX; his brother Samuel Ham of Blytheville, AR.; and his caregiver Dennis Fisher (Carol).
