He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucy Ross Patten and Walter Patten; and his siblings, Odell, Pierce, Alfred, Burl, Opal, Hila, Minnie Alice, Ann, Laverne and Margaret.
He is survived by: his wife Priscilla LaFerney; his children, Brenda Gardner of Portageville, James Patton (Judy) of Portageville and Mark Patton (Shirley) of Portageville; his grandchildren, Channon Skinner (Kristopher) of Grapevine, TX, David Patton (Ashlie) of Portageville, Jay (Brandi) of New Albany, MS, Louis Mark Patton (Libby) of East Prairie and Jonathan Patton of Portageville; his great grandchildren, Anna Lang, Krysta Skinner, Amelia and Priscilla Patton; his brother Kenneth Patton (Sharon) of Portageville; his grandson Louis Mark; and his great grandchildren, Casen and Calin Patton. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers: Grandsons David, Jay, Louis Mark & Jonathan and Great grandsons Casen & Calin Patton, Family requests donations to St. Jude's Children Research Hospital or American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
