He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Phillips and Mae Richardson Phillips; his wife Vickie Phillips; his son Cory Phillips; his siblings, Charlie Phillips, Jimmy Wayne Phillips, Augusta Roy Phillips Jr., Donald Ray Woods and Doris Elizabeth Dueker; and his close friend Judy Wyatt Hosford.
He is survived by: his children, Gayle Gremard, Lisa Hosford, Aimee Hosford of Portageville, Terry Hosford of Sikeston, MO., Mark Phillips, Court Phillips and Tarena Jackson of Helena, AR; and his sisters, Linda Phillips Thomas of Kentucky and Mary Alice Davis of Sikeston, MO. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
