He was predeceased by: his sisters, Bessie Lee Brown, Remal Hill and Corine Brown; his children, Herbert Weakly, Charles Brown, Herman Brown, Linda Weakly and Brenda Weakly; and his mother Maxine Brown.
He is survived by: his children, James Brown of Portageville, MO, Roderick Brown (Lakadra) of New Madrid, MO, Harvey Brown (Karen) of Howardsville, MO, Elnora Taylor Watie (Demeyon), Stephanie Hopkins (Antonio) of Springfield, MO and Starlett Brown (Preston) of Cape Girardeau, MO; and his aunt Dorothy Brewer of Portageville. He is also survived by 34 grandchildren, 85 great grandchildren, 5 great - great grandchildren and a host of nieces nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
