She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hornburg and Faye Hornburg (Hickerson); and her siblings, Ricky Joe, Bill, Victor, Vaughn Hornburg and Glenda Tucker.
She is survived by: her son Joe Recker of Sikeston, MO; and her close friends, Ginger DeLisle and John Paul Long. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
