He is survived by: his wife Kathy Hoxworth of Portageville, MO; his sons, Derek Hoxworth of Pensacola and Cory Hoxworth of Portageville, MO; his siblings, Richard Hoxworth of St. Louis, MO, Lisa Rohan of Gainesville, FL and Martha Smith of Georgetown; and his grandchildren, Forrest Hoxworth, Austyn Hoxworth, Heidi Hoxworth, Hayden Hoxworth and Holden Hoxworth. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
