Cook (Mary) of Portageville, MO, Claudie Cook (Brenda) of Portageville, MO, Michael Cook (Marlenia) of Portageville, MO, Terry Cook (Debra) of Portageville, MO and Dennis Cook (Kay) of Portageville, MO; and her grandchildren, C. J. Jarnagin, Jake Jarnagin and Kaylen Jarnagin. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
