He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parker and Pearl Parker (Walker); his wife Jo-Anne Parker; and his brothers, Richard and John Parker.
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Hicks (Steve); his grandchildren, Savannah Hicks (Coby Hollis) and Parker Hicks; and his aunt Marsha Daniel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
