She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Mau and Emma Mentzer Mau; and her sister Nancy. She is survived by: her husband Walter Barnard, Sr.; her children, Walter Barnard, Jr., Chris Barnard (Crystal), Scott Barnard, Robert Barnard and Terry Hernandez (Martin); her daughter-in-law Barbara Barnard; and her brothers, Fred and Bob. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
