He was predeceased by: his brothers, David and Terry Phillips. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Phillips and Beverly Phillips (Tull) of Trimble; his children, Emma Broome of Charleston and Shannon Phillips of Ridgeview; and his sister Karen Weigel of Plattsburg. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
