He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Howard and Pauline Howard (Hull); his grandfather Miller Howard; and his grandson Aiden. He is survived by: his wife Anna; his children, Jeff Howard (Paula), Tim Howard, Kitson Curl (Justin), Becky Black (Trevor), JoAnn Harper (Dave), Geni Shoop (Quaid) and Liberty; and his brothers, Jerry Howard (Donna) of Plattsburg and Richard Howard (Evette) of Columbia. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, three nephews, one niece; and many extended family members and friends.
