He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Kendall. He is survived by: his mother Carol Kendall; his son Cody Kendall (Autumn) of Gower; his sisters, Lisa Routh (Gerald) and Tammy Clark; his nieces, Amanda Walterscheidt (Joe) and Raylee Bushnell; his great-niece Braelan; and his great-nephew Donophan of Plattsburg.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to First Baptist Church, Plattsburg, Mo.
