He is survived by: his daughter Holly Taul (Billy) of Plattsburg, MO; his grandchildren, Morgan Newell, Haley Vessar (Bryndan) and Gilford Newell; his great grandchild Kingsley Vessar; and his siblings, Mike Biggans, Patricia Edwards and Ester Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
