It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Lee Talley of Plattsburg, Missouri, born in Kansas City, Missouri, who passed away on February 29, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Dorothy Elizabeth Talley; and his brothers, Bill and Jim Talley. He is survived by: his wife Diane Talley; his children, Heather Lackey (Gary) of Plattsburg, MO, Donald Lee Talley Jr. (Julie) of Smithville, MO and Gretchen Stevens (Bill) of Plattsburg, MO; and his sister-in-law Lynn Talley. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and family and friends.
