He was predeceased by: his great-grandparent Sue Kibble. He is survived by: his parents, Alyssa Guy and Brandon Green; his siblings, Kinsleigh and Maverick Green; his grandparents, Karla and Gary Guy; his great-grandparents, Carol and Roger Glass; his grandparents, Shelly, Steve Hewitt, Glynn and Amy Green; and his great-grandparents, Darlene, Billie Green and Aggie Ballard. He is also survived by his siblings, parents and other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family requests. Memorial contributions be made to the family to help defray funeral expenses.
