She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gilmore and Mary Ruth Hornbeck (Hodge). She is survived by: her children, Sherry Fogal (Michael), Lisa Werline (Bill), Tammy Berry (Greg Yount) and David Cox (Melissa); and her siblings, Rene Baber (John) and Walt Hornbeck. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
