He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Mize and Mabel Mize (Stanley); and his siblings, Yvonne Martin and Dennis Mize. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Pearl (Parkhurst); his son Timothy Dale Mize (Paula) of Pilot Grove; his grandsons, Mickey Mize of Bedford, MA, Lane Mize of Pilot Grove and Cole Mize of Pilot Grove; and his siblings, Eugene Mize (Mary Ann) of Columbia and Elaine Crump of Boonville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
