She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Frieling and Ethel Frieling (Smith); her former husband Don Shumate; her husband Earl Hayes; her stepchildren, Jeanne Foster (Bill) of Conway, AR and Tracy Hayes (Nancy) of Phoenix, AZ; her granddaughters, Kelsey Shumate of Columbia, MO and Lindsey Shumate of Columbia, MO; her sister Brenda Callison of Bunceton, MO; her daughter-in-law Rose Shumate of Kansas City, MO; and her son Kevin Shumate. She was also cherished by two great-granddaughters, and eleven step-great-grandchildren.
