He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hugh and Edith Opal Howard (Whitener). He is survived by: his wife Janet Arlyn (Pape); his children, Randal Wayne Howard of Piedmont, Russell Alan Howard (Dana) of St. Charles, Nathan Joseph Howard (Amy) of Dardenne Prairie and Arlyn Elizabeth Fleshman (Brent) of Centerton, AR; and his sister Audrey Howard of Winter Park, FL. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
