He was predeceased by: his siblings, Danny Ebert and Penny Ebert. He is survived by: his wife Ada "Tootie" Ebert (Cayou); his children, Benjamin Ebert of Pevely, MO, Stephanie Wolcott (Marcus) of Barnhart, MO, Amanda French (Seth) of Herculaneum, MO and Natalie Lang (Lonnie) of Festus, MO; his siblings, Mike Ebert (Kathy), Toni Reese (Brian) of Lee Summit, MO, Noni Darrah of Wright City, MO and Cyndi Ruth of Marthasville, MO; and his grandchildren, Mike Wolcutt, Anthony Ebert, Cole French, Amanda French, Isaac Lang and Olivia Lang. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends.
