He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Arthur Lawrence Billingsley, Jr. (Debbie) of Bellville, IL; his daughters, Elena Billingsley and BriAnn Billingsley; his siblings, Mark Billingsley (Amanda) of O'Fallon, Jason Billingsley (Roxanne) of St Peters, Aiden Billingsley of Arnold and Ashley Billingsley of Pevely; and his nieces and nephews, Marissa, Ryan, Evan and Chole.
