He is survived by: his children, Kristie Halter, Tara Halter and Scott (Sarah Halter); his grandchildren, Emily Rasnic, Maitlan Halter, Abigale Rasnic, Eli Rasnic, Ava Dorr, Benjamin Halter and Jake Halter; and his sisters, Linda Harvell and Shirley Diebold (Richard).
