He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Ann; his parents, Louis Walkington and Marie Fitzgerald; his brother Robert Walkington; and his nephew Michael Walkington.
He is survived by: his son Lee Walkington (Ginny); his niece Kelly Sleeper-Keegan (Patrick); his siblings-in-law, Sharon Johnson, Marty Walkington and Larry Lamb (Debbie); his nieces and nephews, Bryan Sleeper, Gina Staus (Mike), Shane Walkington (Kathy), Kevin Tunis (LaVera), Gay Otten (Mark) and Robert Risner (Marla); his great-nephews, Coty Sleeper (Megan) and Lane Sleeper; and his grandchildren, Kendall, Brendan Keegan, Kaitlyn, Kensley, Karleigh Sleeper, Ariana Hardy and Emmani Loyd.
Memorial contributions may be made to Unleashed Pet Rescue and Adoption, where Bill found his best dog friend, Danny Boy.
