It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Rooney Riggs of Peculiar, Missouri, born in Cameron, Missouri, who passed away on May 2, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rooney and Mary Rooney (Kane); and her brothers, Michael and Bill Rooney. She is survived by: her children, Benjamin Riggs, Jennifer Chappell and Jessica Cooper; her siblings, Tom Rooney, Tim Rooney, Mary Boswell, Rose Overstreet, Margaret Pierson and Maureen Sharp; her grandchildren, Audrey, Breanna, Emma, Cade Chappell, Naomi and Arianna Cooper; and her pets, Jazzy and Biscuit.
