He was predeceased by: his father Ronald L. Howe; his wife Ardith "Ardie" Howe (Pagel); and his sister Rhonda Winn. He is survived by: his mother Jaunita Howe (Cauthon) of Raymore; his brothers, Richard Howe (Konnie) of Belton and Ralph Howe of Lee's Summit; and his children, Ronnie Howe (Debbie) of Belton, Brian Kelly Mercer of Belton and April Bowers (John) of Stillwell, Kansas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews and friends.
