He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph "Rudy" Steinke and Leona Steinke; and his brothers, Roger, Ronald and Leon.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Rhea Estep; his children, Diane Pribac (Jan) of Durham, NC, Dwain Steinke of Peculiar, MO and Tina Atkins (Harry) of Pleasant Hill, MO; his grandchildren, Meagan Freund (Dustin), Madlyn Dixon (Ryan) and Ryan Steinke-Chong; his child Blake Atkins; and his great grandchildren, Avery, Kilynn, Phoenix and Raven.
