Jerry Wallace Benson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 2, 2024, at the age of 75, Jerry Wallace Benson of Peculiar, Missouri, born in Albert Lea, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Judien Benson and Mildred "Millie" Cora Benson; his brother Roger Benson; and his uncle Snookie. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann; his children, Carolyn Blake (Robert) of Liberty, MO, Jerry Wayne of Pleasant Hill, MO and Jim of Pleasant Hill, MO; his stepchildren, Kathleen DeCarlo (Steve) of Melrose, MA, Carol Holsman (Todd) of Raymore, MO and John Parker of Oskaloosa, IA; his granddaughter Natasha Ploog (Zach); his stepchildren, Nasser Baroqua (Chesle), Haley Benson (Jim) and Jordan Benson (Jerry Wayne); his stepgrandchildren, Alex, Bryce Holsman (Carol), Natalia DeGroot (Kathleen), Colin DeCarlo (Kathleen), Dylan Blake (Carolyn) and Megan Anderson; and his great grandchildren, Anthony (Natalia) and Eden (Megan). He is also survived by daughter & sons, teaching his grandkids.
