He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gregory Lewis, Sr. and Edith Lewis; his sister Alice Sessions; his siblings-in-law, Kathryn Pickering, Dr. Lee Pickering, William Sessions and Phillip Patton; and his pets, Annie, Sally, Tony and Sophie.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; his daughters, Martha Patton (Eric) and Kathryn Lewis; his grandsons, Jack and Andrew Patton; his sister Judy Patton; his pets, Honey, Sugar, Spencer, Bea and Betty White; and his nieces and nephews, Lew, Pete, Mark Sessions, Geoff, Chris Pickering, Jonathan Patton, Mary Jo Pickering Rogers, Carol Patton Toney and Sara Sessions.
