She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Welch and Evelyn Marie Welch (Hamilton); and her siblings, Robert James "BJ" Welch and Linda Lee Spencer. She is survived by: her husband Mike Turnell; her son Ryan Turnell (Gabriele); her grandchildren, Josephinia and Reed Michael Turnell of Corpus Christi, Texas; and her brother Willard Welch (Joann) of Belton, Missouri. She is also survived by ten nieces and nephews; seventeen great nieces and nephews; and six great-great nieces and nephews.
