She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilmer Gaddy and Evon Bowles; and her siblings, Bill, Lloyd Gaddy and Diane Lowe.
She is survived by: her husband Phil Putthoff; her children, Debra Shumaker (Kenny) and Philip Putthoff (Kelly); her grandchildren, Josh, Emily, Haley (Brendan), Zach (Ashley) and Dalton; and her great grandchildren, Eli and Olivia.
