He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Geneva Stout, Ralph Hockaday and Thelma Eads. He is survived by: his wife Kristin; his children, Carlie Allen, Sarysa Allen, Dallas Jeremiah Eads Allen and Kraygin Wyitt Allen; his parents, Aletha Eads of Pattonsburg, MO and Jerry Eads of Pattonsburg, MO; his siblings, Aletha Lock of Cameron, William Lock, Cameron Eads and David Eads; and his nephews, Noah Sisk and Zayn Blanch. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles.
