He was predeceased by: his parents, George Daniel and Dorothy Daniel; his former wife Loretta M. Hobbs; his wife Sharon Wiggins; and his daughter Patty Cox.

He is survived by: his son Jeffery Daniels (Stacey) of Branson West; his stepson Jason Wiggins of Park Hills; and his grandchildren, Joshua Daniel, Bryant Cox, Annie Hale and Delbert Hale.
