He was predeceased by: his father Richard D. White; and his brother Jeffrey. He is survived by: his mother Lois White (Grant); his siblings, David White (Patricia), Laura Farnsworth (Van Adsit) and Roger White (Tracey); his nieces and nephews, Sarah Harris, Katherine, Emily, Benjamin, Anna Nelson and Ethan Harp; and his close friends, David, Liz and Daniel.
