She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Talley and Thelma Frances Talley (Hays); her husband Frankie Rawlins Sr.; her sister Shirley Sisson; and her aunt Zella Gilliam (Aunt Pete).
She is survived by: her children, Frankie Rawlins, Jr. (Jody), Babette "Betty" Vines and Regina Rawlins; and her grandchildren, Paul Johnson (Kendra), Brandi Hampton (Shane), Kyle Cosby and Chad Cosby (Kim). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; along with other friends and family.
