He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley William Bourbon and Laura "Lucy" Bourbon (Hedrick); his siblings, Tom Bourbon, Billy Bourbon, Paul Bourbon, Rita Ann Davis (Bourbon) and Alice Danback; and his niece Susan Hawkins.
He is survived by: his children, Tracy Bourbon (Robert Tucker), Jessica Fraga-Cano and Levi Bourbon (Reagan Townsend); his grandchildren, Jason, Meagan (Tiffani), Abigail, Destiny and Tyler (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Brooklynn, Skyler Mattison and Andrew; his siblings, Raymond Bourbon, James Bourbon (Bonnie), DeWayne Bourbon, Frances Hawkins, Ralph Gillam and Freda Witcher; and his daughter Linda Sue Link.
