He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Dunham and Bessie Sparks (Hinkle). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Dunham (Algiere); his children, Lonnie Dunham (Kathy) of Monett and Jill Doss (Jim) of Farmington; his grandchildren, Jason Doss (Myra), Chad Dunham (Katrina), Jamie Helms and Chase Dunham (Kristina); and his pet Jetta. He is also survived by five great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild.
