It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Lammert of Park Hills, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Lammert and Margaret Lammert (Loida); his former wife Sharon Lammert (Gruender); his daughter Sue Anne Johns-Clark; his grandson Samuel Vaughn; and his siblings, Lawrence Lammert (Arlene), Delores Theiss, Donald Lammert and Bernadette Lammert.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Lammert (Short); his children, Linda Rhodes (Ron), Donald Johns, Kathy Wichman (Ed) and Tom Johns (Dee Dee); his stepsons, Troy Jones (Jan), Trent Jones (Robyn), Toby Jones (Christal), Teddy Jones (Ellie) and Terry Jones (Carrie); and his siblings-in-law, Janet Lammert and Virgil Theiss. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Memorials may be directed to the Farmington Pet Adoption in Farmington, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. The family greatly appreciates donations made to these charities in Sgt. Major Richard "Pop" Lammert 's name.
