He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Whaley and Christine Whaley (Raymo); and his brother David Whaley. He is survived by: his wife Dorene Whaley (Harrison); his children, Rick Whaley, Jr. (Veronica), Cyle Lybarger, Tyler Lybarger (Brandi) and Joshua Lybarger; his grandchildren, Breanna Whaley, Kannon Lybarger, Chandler Lybarger, Haddie Lybarger, Tatum and Blakelynn Lybarger; his siblings, Mike Whaley (Pat) of Jackson, Luanna Petty of Meridan, KS, Lueanna Whaley of Tipton, IN and Jim Whaley (Janet) of Desloge; his sister-in-law Judi Hirte of Chester, IL; and his close friends, Quintin Huck of Ste Genevieve, Donna Williams (Lee) and Cheryl Ferguson of Park Hills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
