He was predeceased by: his parents, William Forrest and Dorothy Fern Smith (Tripp); and his sister Brenda Lee Johnston-Smith. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Smith (Pool); his children, Michael Smith (Jenn), Christine DeBlois, Joshua Smith (Krystal Warden), Hollie DeBlois (Joseph Hatfield) and Jessica Smith (Caressa Stroup); his grandchildren, Haley, Christian, Alex, Keyra, Selena, Mariah, Jackson, Colton, Karsyn, Aiden, Jonah, Forrest, Anthony and Lucas; his great grandchild Kiera; and his siblings, Barbara Lynn Skaggs and William Raymond Smith (Peggy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
