It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Justin Dean Dixon of Park Hills, Missouri, born in Farmington, Missouri, who passed away on October 26, 2021, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gary Dixon Sr., Barbara Dixon (Welch), Terry Barlow and Donna Pratt; and his sister April Nicole Dixon.

He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Barlow of Park Hills and Dean Dixon of Farmington; his siblings, Alex Dixon (Livv) of De Soto and Shelby Hurst (Cole) of Moberly; his nieces, Aspen, Violet Dixon and Raelyn Alvers; his uncles, Tony Barlow of Park Hills, Jerry Dixon of San Antonio, TX and Bill Dixon of San Antonio, TX; and his aunt Lissa Dixon of Maryland Heights. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

Memorial donations, if desired, may be made to Cozean Memorial Chapel to assist with funeral expenses.
